This past January, eSPARC partnered with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Student/Alumni Externship Program and welcomed two junior MIT students, Alexandra Zele and Marilynn Bach to our Houston office. Ms. Zele had the opportunity to provide technical support for the eSPARC ESG Database used by our private equity clientele, contribute to greenhouse gas regulation analysis, and assist team members on compliance tasks. Ms. Bach had the opportunity to work on air dispersion modeling, and provide technical support on Tier II Reporting for multiple wind farms. Both Alex and Marilynn were able to take advantage of their time at eSPARC by providing meaningful contributions. They will be missed!
I really enjoyed working at eSPARC. Getting to work with a variety of tasks allowed me to experience many aspects of environmental consulting. I also enjoyed learning air dispersion modeling and seeing the project refined over time. I felt that I learned so much about permitting and compliance within such a short amount of time.”
