Emerging Fuels Technology (EFT) develops state-of-the-art production methods for making synthetic fuels and specialty products from feedstocks such as natural gas, landfill gas, biomass, municipal solid waste (MSW), coal and bio-derived oils. Their latest micro-scale gas-to-liquids (GTL) plants have greatly reduced the size and cost through recent technology advances and are now being fabricated to capture landfill gas and convert it to renewable aviation fuels. eSPARC and CAMS Midstream immediately recognized the potential for this innovative technology to provide significant cost savings and operational flexibility to the oil and gas market through capitalization of the inherent environmental benefits of the technology.
Introducing the FLARE BUSTER® 25:
FLARE BUSTER® 25 is a nominal 25 BPD mobile, modular, and self- sufficient Micro-Scale GTL plant that produces pumpable Syncrude liquids that will blend directly into conventional oil. The FLARE BUSTER® 25 incorporates advanced controls for remote and unmanned operation, and is completely self-sufficient, generating its own power (optional).
Other features include:
- Two trailer mounted skids (per plant) that consume 250-300 Mscfd of rich associated gas to produce roughly 25 BPD of pumpable Syncrude. Multiple modules can be run in parallel.
- A flexible front-end gas conditioning module to adapt to a variety of gas compositions.
- Optional capability to upgrade pumpable Syncrude to transportation fuel blendstocks (diesel, jet, naphtha).
