Mona Caesar Johnson, P.E.

Mona Caesar Johnson leads eSPARC with more than three decades of experience in environmental management, combining deep technical expertise with executive leadership across consulting, corporate operations, and military service.  As President of eSPARC, an integrated consulting platform owned by CAMS, she leads multidisciplinary teams supporting clients across the specialty chemical, manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, and marine sectors.  In her concurrent role as Executive Vice President of Environmental, Health, Safety & Regulatory (EHS&R) at CAMS, Mona oversees strategic compliance, risk management, and regulatory performance for privately owned energy assets. She previously served as CAMS’ Central Region Regulatory and Compliance Manager, supporting complex operating portfolios and regulatory programs.  Earlier in her career, Mona spent 12 years as an environmental consultant with AECOM legacy companies and served four years on active duty as a U.S. Army officer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University.
