Julian Kaufmann

Julian Kaufmann is a senior corporate and business development executive at CAMS and a key contributor to the expansion of eSPARC’s integrated consulting platform. With more than two decades of experience in the energy sector, Julian helps align technical, operational, asset management, and commercial disciplines to support scalable, well‑integrated energy businesses. He has supported the growth of CAMS’ platform from approximately 2,000 MW to more than 40,000 MW and brings deep experience in power and gas transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and asset optimization. Julian’s role within eSPARC focuses on connecting O&M, asset management, and technical advisory expertise into cohesive, lifecycle‑based strategies that reduce risk and enable successful project development, investment, and long‑term operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from Iowa State University, combining technical rigor with commercial acumen to address today’s critical power infrastructure challenges.
