- Revisions and submission of the RMP plan to EPA as well as SWPPP revisions
- SPCC and SWPPP training to consolidate important information, such as regulatory background among all employees within the facility
- Oil Discharge Prevention and Response Plan Certificate renewal
- Supporting on-site inspections held by Texas General Land Office officers
