On-Call Environmental Support

eSPARC provided project management and technical support for a suite of multimedia environmental projects for the client. Go back to Representative Compliance & Training Projects. 

Specific tasks included:

• Representation during EPA consent decree negotiations, including involvement during US Department of Justice hearings. eSPARC was the pivotal liaison between legal counsel, corporate executives and process engineers and ensured technical integrity of Consent Decree negotiations with US DOJ and US EPA. By having an in-depth understanding of PSD, NSPS, and MACT regulatory requirements, eSPARC was able to facilitate the development of clear documentation for discussion and review .
• Permit ownership transfer support and Title V air permit renewal
• NSPS Subpart GG Compliance and TPDES wastewater permit renewal
