ECMPS 2.0 – What do I need to know?

The EPA’s Emissions Collection and Monitoring Plan System (“ECMPS”) is the tool used for reporting monitoring plans, Quality Assurance data, and emissions data under the Acid Rain program, the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (“CSAPR”),  and the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (“MATS”) rule.
